For all Merchandise, Parts and Accessories and Car Care Products redemption, please print out the email and collection your redemption from the collection venue indicated in the email.
For Apartment, Car Rental, Car Servicing and Cars redemption, a voucher will be sent to your mailing address. As such, please ensure that your contact details are updated. TCIL will not be responsible in the event the voucher is lost in the mail. Please allow 7 working days for the vouchers to be mailed out.
