Award Criteria
DUO Dollars will be awarded based on invoice/receipt date and fully-paid amount, rounded down to the nearest dollar. If products/services are paid using a DUO voucher, the voucher amount will not be converted and awarded with DUO dollars.

New vehicles (Motor Image, Tan Chong Motor Sales & Industry Machinery):
DUO dollars will be awarded based on price of new vehicles after the deduction of prevailing GST from the final invoiced amount and COE charges.

Nissan Preventive Maintenance Program:
Upfront payment will be collected and Deposit Tax Invoice (“DTI”) will be issued. DUO dollars will be awarded based on DTI date and amount, rounded down to the nearest dollar.

Things every member should know…
-You must sign up for your DUO account within the same date of purchase (i.e. if you made a purchase an item at 0930 hours on 1st August, the signing-up of the account must be completed by 2359 hours on 1st August).Your points will be accrued upon full payment.
- Raise a claim for non-credited DUO Dollars – after seven working days
- Expiry of DUO Dollars – two years from the month of accumulation
- Extension of expiry date for DUO Dollars – three months’ extension, allowed only once with a 500 DUO Dollars deduction for every 10,000 DUO Dollars extended or part thereof.
