1. DUO Rewards True Fitness Promotion via DUO Rewards Mobile App and photo ID must be presented during redemption of passes.
2. The pass is non-transferable upon activation and its use is limited to one individual per pass only.
3. The pass must be shown for admittance to the center, together with a photo ID.
4. The pass is valid for first-time visitors only. Person must be 18 years old and above.
5. Applicable for fitness facilities only.
